These Terms govern your use of PitchZing (“PitchZing,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to them.

What PitchZing does

PitchZing matches public-relations professionals to relevant journalist media requests and prepares pitch drafts in your own email account. PitchZing never sends email: you review each draft in your own mail and send it yourself.

Your account and mailbox

You are responsible for the pitches you send and for complying with the terms of your own email provider.
You connect your mailbox voluntarily and may disconnect it at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use PitchZing only to send legitimate, relevant pitches to journalists who have requested sources.
Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited email.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Follow all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM.

You are the only sender

PitchZing only places drafts in your mailbox or opens them in your mail composer. Nothing is sent until you press Send in your own email. You are the sender of record for everything you send.

Availability

We work to keep PitchZing available and accurate but provide it “as is,” without warranties. Media-request data comes from third-party and public sources and may change or contain errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchZing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using PitchZing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
